Film club is showing Fighting Temptations starring Cuba Gooding jr. and Beyonce and I am trying to decide whether to go or not as I feel guilty about not supporting the club yet this year and they've shown 5 films already.
The problem is this sounds like one of those, could be formulaic comedy but good fun or formulaic comedy and rather crap. Rotten tomatoes.com rated it 46% so that didn't help much. So if anyone has seen this can they tell me if I should bother going or not.
also 'Torque' as crap as they say or OK just 4 the action.

Big Fish was a very, very good movie. I would have wanted to see it just because it has Helena Bonham Carter in it, but it was just fantastic all around, IMO. Bring kleenex. It's not one of those movies that sets out to crush your spirit and eat your soul, but everyone I know who's seen it wound up in tears at some point during the movie.

OK didn't go because so many people read this and noone saw it so it was a good indicator. I went to the movie theater instead and saw 'Honey' with Jessica Alba in it. I didn't have high expectations but I really enjoyed it for the kind of movie it was + the Jessica Alba factor of course.
Thanks anyway
Oooh and I won 2 tickets to the preview of 'Big Fish' on Wednesday so I'm looking forward to that.

I kind of wanted to see Honey, but I think I can wait to rent the video.
